Light & Filling Soup

One of my favorite things to eat is soup. I adore it. Lately, one of the most simple & tasty meals I make is my roasted red pepper & tomato soup with gluten free brown rice spiral noodles! It’s healthy, organic, and absolutely delicious. I sometimes make the soup from scratch, but there’s a wonderful pre-made option as well.

And voila! You have a tasty meal! Steam up some veggies & make yourself an antioxidant smoothie to go along with it for a light & tasty meal that will still fill you up 🙂
