Gluten Free/Vegan Tomato Rice Recipe

This rice dish is savory, sexy & delicious! I use Lundburgs gluten free organic brown rice, but really any rice would do the trick. So next time you’re in the mood for a rice dish, whip up some of this! It does take about 50 minutes to cook though, so be sure to give yourself some time 🙂 Trust me, it’s worth it.



Gluten Free/Vegan Tomato Rice Recipe 

1/2 cup rice

1 cup water

1/2 tsp vegan butter

1/2 cup vegan tomato soup

1/4 cup diced tomatos

chives & pepper to taste

Tomato Rice (5) - 1Just make the rice as you normally would (rice, water & vegan butter in pot, cook on low simmer for 40 mins). Then add your soup, tomato’s, chives & pepper, keep on low for 10 mins and voila! You have a lovely rice dish. You can also add a dash of cayenne pepper, if you want a little extra kick 😉
