I love soup. It’s one of my most favorite meals. I like to experiment in the kitchen, and let me tell you that I fell in love with this little number I came up with! It was a total fluke that this recipe came about, but now it’s one of my fave soups to make. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

1/2 cup – Pacific Organic Cashew Carrot Ginger Soup
1/2 cup – Organic Unsweetened Soy or Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 Cup – Tinkyada Organic Brown Rice Spiral Pasta
2 Tbls – Neal Brothers Organic Mild Salsa
Handful of Lundberg’s Organic Sea Salt Brown Rice Chips
In a pot, cook the pasta until tender. Drain the water & in the same pot, add the soups, almond or soy milk & salsa. Cook on medium heat until desired temperature. Finish with crushed up rice chips & voila! You have yourself a healthy, tasty & easy meal with a bit of a kick 😉
